FAQ
1. Can I get a sample?
Yes. Samples are available for existing products so buyers can check structure, size suitability, and presentation before moving to bulk purchasing or project discussion.
2. What is MOQ?
The MOQ is usually 100,000 to 200,000 pieces per SKU, depending on the size and packaging method used for the project.
3. Can you print labels? Do you support custom mold?
Yes. Label-related projects and custom mold development can be discussed together after confirming the product structure, target market, branding needs, and order plan.
4. What is lead time?
Existing product samples usually take 3–7 days. Custom samples usually take 7–15 days after specification confirmation. Mass production is usually completed within 10–20 days after sample approval.
5. What foods fit an 8in PET clamshell container?
This size is better suited to larger sandwiches, full-size salads, combo cold meals, bakery assortments, fresh-cut fruit packs, and larger grab-and-go lunch presentations.
6. What is the difference between 6in, 7in, and 8in clamshell containers?
The main difference is portion size, food layout, and display positioning. The 8-inch version gives more room for larger portions and a fuller retail presentation than the smaller sizes.
7. Is the stock material only PET?
The stock material is PET. PP, OPS, and PLA can also be customized to match different packaging plans and market requirements.
